WOW! What can I say? I’ve been needing to blog about Chelsea and David’s wedding for quite a while, but just couldn’t figure out a way to start. I can’t believe it’s almost been a year since I met Chelsea and her mom, Denise. Chelsea found us on Facebook. She called; we met; and the rest, you could say, is history.
I knew when the three of us were sitting in that Starbucks, discussing colors, patterns and her possible venue (so many to choose from!), that this was going to be an awesome year! Chelsea and David are such a fun couple – a true American love story – met in college at University of Missouri (Mizzou for all of those in the know). She was a cheerleader; he was a football player…..everybody say “awwwwww.”
Anyway, during that first meeting, we cemented our friendship as well as the basic design pattern for her wedding (C. Baron Photography also does graphic design as well as customized press pieces – invitations, save-the-dates, thank yous, menus, programs, etc – just ask)! Kristina at My Ultimate Consultant executed the vision flawlessly.
For now, I just wanted to share the bridals taken at Hotel ZaZa before the wedding. Chelsea’s gorgeous dress is from Winnie Couture – she looks pretty spectacular in it, I must say. We definitely kept the model vibe during the shoot, but near end, a participant in the Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows happened in – his name is Winston and he placed in the show! Hotel ZaZa graciously allows dogs – although it’s hard to call Winston a dog – he is quite majestic! As soon as Chelsea saw him, her face just lit up. Of course, we had to capture that moment, too!
Enjoy the images of gorgeous Chelsea – I’ll be blogging about the wedding and all of its fabulous details SOON! Lisa
